We last left me pondering the depressing parts of Tumblr, and with me that does not last long of course there are so much better things to do then complain.
Working out definitely being one of them.
So of course it comes to no surprise that I need to mention the place that I call home!
Human@Ease a wonderful small gym specializing in a modified High Intensity training technique called Introversion®.

^
^ There is a picture that I love of the place and yes those machines are Nautilus..
The main point I wanted to drag out here is that I love this place and I always feel like home here. It is also where I really started the thought of becoming apart of the fitness industry and to start helping people achieve their goals.
Here you are taught how to train yourself and someone is always there to guide you on your journey!
So cheers my friends, and remember that you control your goals.
Also here is their website talking about all the awesome stuff they offer, if your in Brooklyn you should stop by and say hello.

lately I have been browsing my Tumblr feed and god do I find a whole lot of sadness…
it makes me think about all the social media I have used in my life, from chatrooms to myspace to, well you get the point. Anyway it seems that whenever I started using these things they eventually get covered with a whole bunch negativity (which is not impossible to avoid of course.)
This is really just an observation really, not a compliant or anything.
So here I am to bring back the positive!!!
I ran my first 5k Sunday!!! The arthritis jingle bell run and it was hella awesome. I got to of course run and find out I’m not that fast, yet. I also did some examining in the popular footwear of the race. So the winner actually was Nike Free which I saw everywhere. I personally had some awesome New Balance on which I saw alot of also with the NB Vibram and the Five Finger Shoes. Barefoot running obviously is the hottest thing out there right now.
So what do you think my friends? BareFoot Running…. Fad or No?
Personally I think it is a little of both, but more research i am sure will be coming out with a lot of FLUFF research also. Once that happens I would definitely love to ponder further.
Tonight is Upper Body workout which will be awesome ( I am Uber Eager!)
See you on the gym floor.
Oh yea its that time again folks!
Workout tonight and tomorrow AM I am thinking of a run!
should I start posting the workouts??
So today we did a body assessment and I gained 7 lbs of muscle since may. As a hard gainer I was glad to see improvement. Dropped my body fat from 10.5 to 9 percent!
Also I feel the strongest I have ever been in my life! I am so proud to be me and cannot wait to push for more improvement.
On a side not I signed up for my Adult, Children CPR/AED, First Aid, and Sports Injury certification in January. When this semester is over it is going to be all fitness baby, until school starts again then I will have to spread myself between Apparel Production Management and fitness again…….
My goal is still to work for an innovative athletic apparel brand such as Under Armour (preferably lol) and be a trainer also.
“To help everyday people, and help the athletes who inspire the everyday people.”- me
I love working at a gym because before shift you have a nice workout!
Not to mention that everyone I work with is awesome!
I want this to be the hardest I worked out ever! Bring It!
So my Crossfitters out there, what do you wear when you are putting your pushing yourself to that new limit?
Next question, do you have a lucky outfit?

My dirty little secret? I actually kind of really like Maryland’s new “Pride” uniforms that they unveiled in their season opener and are wearing tonight against Notre Dame. I’m pretty sure I’m the only one, too… *Insert Embarrassed Smiley Here*
I love these uniforms too, so your not the only one.
I think Under Armour did an awesome job with the uniforms !!!!

Okay so where to begin? Basically Fitness has become a passion alongside my studies into Apparel Production Management.
Sooo much that I work at a small gym in brooklyn trying to get it into a profitable state and help spread the love of really anything fitness related. I truly want to help people become the best versions of themselves just like how I am doing right now.
This winter will be a break from production and all out fitness, I am still trying to become a trainer there and also I will be getting my AFAA Group Fitness Certification to start off on my sure to be growing list of certifications.
My honest goal is to work in Production Management for a athletic sportswear company such as Under Armour and when I am not working there, I want to be a personal training. With retirement maybe being a owner of my own gym.
Have to have dreams!
Does anyone else get horny after a workout or run? Always wondered if it was just me haha.
OOOHHHH YEAA ordered me these fine running sneaks, and hopefully will have some Under Armour also……..Im so in love
I need to get new running shoes so I can run again, cannot wait =(

My phone ended up not being recovered and now I will be using an old blackberry for a long time, due to lack of phone insurance.
Im sad to see my wonder phone leave, and be stuck with the phone I have been insulting since the last outage. Alas I must deal with this situation, I always feel I do dumb shit and end up in these things. I should of not left my phone on that damn desk….
Alas my weight training continues once again, and also I have been looking into running again, I miss. So I am trying out the Pose method of running with the thinner soled shoes. Anyone try this method? Does it work?
Crossfit, How do we all feel about it? I really want to try it and this one place offers a free class on it. The only trouble is afterwards I may not be able to afford it…
I enjoy all fitness to be honest to either of these things are worth trying out, and I know crossfitters would love to tell me to do it. My question for them, is there a more affordable place anywhere in NYC?
